- I’m now half way through reading the book Grit by Angela-Duckworth [Link]. I’m finding it surprisingly interesting and well written. Have you read it?
- I’m also reading The One Thing by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan [Link]. Really interesting book, I must say. I still have some questions about their main thesis, but I will hold judgement and keep reading until the end to see the full picture.
- A few weeks ago, I had a very thoughtful conversation with a friend who leads an international team at Google. That inspired me to publish the 65th episode of my podcast [Link] where I talk about the latest mass layoffs in the high tech industry, and the challenges it creates for middle managers in those companies.
- At this moment, I’m brainstorming content for new episodes on my podcast. Let me know if you’d like me to address any issues you are experiencing!
